SEC. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196 OF 30 JUNE 2003
Dear Sirs,
according to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CODE), we would like to inform you as follows:
1. PURPOSES AND MODALITIES OF THE PROCESSING FOR WHICH THE DATA ARE INTENDED
The archiving and processing of data referring to you are carried out - with papery and electronic modalities - in order to let this Company manage the following activities:
- customers accounting services (administration; accounting, contract dealing);
- fiscal and accouting obligations fulfillment;
- litigation counseling.
FOR THESE PURPOSES THE PROVIDING OF THE DATA IS OBLIGATORY FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF OBLIGATIONS RESULTING FROM THE CONTRACT TO WHICH THE CUSTOMER IS A PARTY AND NO CONSENT IS REQUIRED.

- market surveys or commercial communication activities.
For these purposes the providing of the data is not obligatory and the consent is required
Personal data processing, as provided for by sec. 4 of the above mentioned Decree, shall mean any operation, or set of operations, carried out with or without the help of electronic or automated means, concerning the collection, recording, organisation, keeping, interrogation, elaboration, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, utilization, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of data, whether the latter are contained or not in a data bank.
2. THE OBLIGATORY OR VOLUNTARY NATURE OF PROVIDING THE REQUESTED DATA AND THE CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF REFUSAL
Generally, providing us with your data is absolutely free. Personal data must be compulsory provided in case of legal or contractual obligation.
Generally, non-providing data has no prejudicial consequence on your charge. However, as far as legal or contractual obligations are concerned, non-providing such data may involve impossibility of our treatments, which presume such providing.
3. COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF PERSONAL DATA
Your data may be communicated to the following entity/person that may treat them on our behalf: Public Authorities, Banks, consultants (lawyers, audit companies), computer consultant, other branches of this company or other foreign associated companies.
It is understood that these data may be available abroad, in extra-EEC countries, too.
4. DATA SUBJECTS RIGHTS
We inform you that, according to sec. 7 of the Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, you are granted with the following rights:
- To obtain information from public register, kept by the Italian Privacy Authority;
- To obtain information from our Company with regard of our processing on your data;
- To request us to cancel, update, correct, integrate your data;
- To request us to stop processing for lawful reasons;
- To request us to stop processing concerning commercial and advertising purposes.
